A collection of New York City photos shot on a Canon AE-1 35mm film camera I bought on eBay. This type of SLR film camera was manufactured in Japan from 1976 to 1984.

Either casting cracks in the body of the camera or failures in the developing process at the lab caused the light leaks - no, I didn’t open the back of the camera accidentally while the film wasn’t rewind. At first I was disappointed that some of these shots were not “proper”, but now I kind of like them.
